Lodges/Permanent Tented Camp Safaris

A lodge safari is one where clients stay in permanent tented camps or lodges and travel from point to point by private road transfer or air. The lodge is the base for the day’s activities, which may include game drives, walking safaris, boating, fishing, diving, or canoeing. Clients are normally hosted during meals, service is personal and professional guides and knowledgeable staff are on hand to supervise activities and answer questions. Tented camps tend to be small, luxurious and offer a more personal level of service. Most camps are limited to 16 to 24 beds.
